Hello there! You're all welcome to Daniel's News!
This is where I explain the updates and new stuff happening right now.
Now with the the today's news!
AUSTRALIAN NATIONALS 2026 RECAPS + VLOG
I'm back from the Australian National Yoyo Champion this year and I had an great time there!
I've competed for 1A and 5A Pro divisions like usual, but this time also performed for 4A pro division for the first time ever! I didn't win in all divisions I've entered but had an great time there, and either is being on top 11 for 1A pro division players. But at least did my best and tried improving my skills for performance (for competitions) by learning more tricks that scores more, one of them I've landed is the Bite Stole (about 3 clicks in yoyo competition).
Also bought couple of great yoyos in them, most of them are from OFFSET in surprisgly low prices / on special at the time (ex. The Outlier 5 used to cost over $230 in the last nationals, now it's lower down to like $162). Also one of the yoyos I've bought is something I cannot reveal what it is until the yoyo's release because it's an secret one (according to Allon Chen), but let's say its in the same price as the normal Cheatcode back then.
Here are the following I've bought I can only show for now (from left to right)
Duncan Diversion 1.0 - ANYC 2026 Event Edition
OFFSET Deviant 6
OFFSET OUTLIER 5
Also took lots of photos at the Australian Nationals and here's many of them I took
And here are the scoring sheets for each Divison I've competed this year
You can also see that I'm 13th place for 1A premlins this time, mainly with harder tricks I've completed in an span of 2 minutes. Hopefully to see the full performance on YOYOS' AUSTRALIA channel soon this year, also 5th place ain't bad for myself who competed an 4A division for the first time.
Here are the yoyos I've used in the both divisions I've entered
1A PREMLINS
Offset Xenon Prime
5A PRO
Offset Galactus
4A PRO
W1LD Bound
C3YoyoDesign Contrail
YoyoFactory Flight
Other yoyos I've bought with me (as backups)
OFFSET Logic 2
OFFSET Metal Ascent
OFFSET Bi-Metal Ascent
OFFSET Outlier+
OFFSET Logic
OFFSET Xenon
VLOG ANNOUNCEMENT
I'm also announcing an NEW vlog video I might able to make later on this year about the Australian Nationals this year just like in many of the other yoyo competition vlog videos in my channel. Will hope to improve my editing skills with pacing and recording high quality takes, about over 130+ recordings has been taken on that day!
and also filmed with my new camera I got on my birthday this year and hope to improve the video's quality in each one and quality control before rendering it.
Not sure about where or what time I should make or release this, but hopefully later on this year before either October or November.
YYF Miracle Unwind Review - Now on Progress
Remember when I said in the July 11th blog about the Miracle Unwind yoyo? Well it's now on progress and expected for an mid-august release on YOUTUBE.
Like I said in one of my recent blogs mentioned, I got this an free gift from Ben and Keith from YoyoFactory when I ordered DNA strings from YoyoFactory overseas due to the australian store running out of DNA strings back then. Still thanks to the two for that gift.
Stay tuned for any more updates for this review video.
That concludes the news blog!
See ya in the next news blog!
